4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.3 phjpy reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time deemed appropriate. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by phjpy for this purpose, including but not limited to:
4.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
4.5 phjpy reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjpy Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
5.2 You agree to notify phjpy immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. phjpy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
5.3 phjpy strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, it provides a significant additional layer of security.
5.4 phjpy will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from phjpy, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
5.5 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you, except where such activity results directly from phjpy's negligence or willful misconduct.
phjpy accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your bank's policies.
Note: Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly not accepted on the phjpy platform. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are also not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposit amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. phjpy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. phjpy reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are generally completed within one (1) to three (3) business days following approval.
phjpy reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, phjpy will notify you of the reason for the delay.
phjpy is committed to compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. phjpy reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close Accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
7.1 phjpy may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
7.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and their Account may be suspended.
7.4 phjpy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Player, phjpy will honor the terms applicable at the time of the claim.
7.5 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
7.6 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
8.1 All games available on the phjpy Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
8.2 All game outcomes on phjpy are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by real-time physical processes for live dealer games. phjpy does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phjpy reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. phjpy's decision in such matters is final.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phjpy reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
8.5 Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. phjpy is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's end.
8.6 Any winnings resulting from a wager placed with funds obtained through fraudulent means, or in breach of these Terms, will be void and subject to forfeiture.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjpy Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

10.1 All content on the phjpy Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phjpy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phjpy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 phjpy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phjpy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phjpy's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. phjpy is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

13.1 phjpy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phjpy reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
13.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting phjpy's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phjpy reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, phjpy may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
13.4 Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
14.1 phjpy collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phjpy.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 phjpy implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and phjpy cannot guarantee absolute security.
14.3 phjpy may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to provide the services you have requested (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers). phjpy does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and phjpy, you agree to first contact phjpy's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. phjpy will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Notwithstanding the above, phjpy reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
16.1 phjpy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phjpy will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
16.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.3 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
